The initial stages of the 2021 T20 World Cup begin this weekend, so what better way to become invested in the competition than through a sweepstake?

Cost

The cost to enter is just £10 and can be done via our Pitchero "shop" here.

Deadline

Please sign up by the end of Saturday 16th October. The draw will be made early on Sunday ahead of the first match.

Prizes

If we have the full 16 entrants, then the prize structure will be:

• Winner (£75)
• Runner Up (£20)
• Third Place (£10)
• Lowest Team Score (£10)
• The remainder will go towards raising a small amount of money for the club.

How does it work?

All entrants will be randomly assigned to one of the competing teams. You might be lucky and end up with the mighty England, or you may be a little less lucky and find yourself supporting Papua New Guinea!

Competition & Structure

The "pre-qualifying" tournament consists of two groups, with the top two in each progressing to the final stages.

• Group A: Ireland, Namibia, Netherlands, Sri Lanka
• Group B: Bangladesh, Oman, Papua New Guinea, Scotland

The "Super 12" stages consists of two groups, with the top two in each progressing to the semi finals.

• Group 1: Australia, England, South Africa, West Indies, A1, B2
• Group 2: Afghanistan, India, New Zealand, Pakistan, B1, A2
